How we work

We check
We visit the house as often as agreed and see the state it is really in, so that anything amiss is picked up before it develops or turns into major work.
We report
Every visit is recorded. You receive a clear summary, with photographs and notes whenever something deserves your attention.
We coordinate
We organise contractors, maintenance and whatever else needs doing, so that it can all be handled through one local point of contact.
We verify
Before treating a job as finished, we go and see for ourselves that the work has been carried out properly.
Documented checks
You will know what is happening at your property.
After every visit you receive a clear account of the state of the house, anything we have found and any action taken or recommended.
